Embark on your nursing journey with Alberta's Graduate Nurse Transition Pilot Program. This 12-month initiative focuses on skill development in both urban and rural settings for new Registered Nurse graduates.
This program comprises two phases: Phase 1 provides enhanced orientation under a Clinical Guide, while Phase 2 promotes independent practice alongside ongoing mentorship. Participants will cultivate their skills in nursing services, develop critical thinking capabilities, and strengthen their abilities in patient advocacy.
