If you are not a graduate nurse but are interested in opportunities at this facility, please apply for this job posting: As a participant in the Graduate Nurse Rotational Program at UPMC Williamsport, newly licensed RNs will gain diverse, hands-on experience through a structured, four-month rotation across key inpatient units, including 5 East (Acute Care/Trauma Stepdown), 7 East (Neurology/Oncology), and 6 West (Transitional Care Unit). Throughout the program, you will work alongside experienced nurses who provide mentorship and guidance as you build clinical confidence, expand your skill set, and grow within a collaborative, patient-centered environment. At the conclusion of the program, participants will have the opportunity to identify their best-fit unit and transition into their permanent home department.
