• handling all tenancy matters and related enquiries efficiently;

• Assisting in marketing and leasing activities of upcoming Retail, Dining and Entertainment (RDE) facilities in the West Kowloon Cultural District

• assisting in summarizing, reviewing and analysing income performance;

• providing leasing administration support to the team;

• assisting the senior of the team in drafting brief and preparing documents and materials for leasing and marketing purposes;
