Purpose of the Role

• Complete a series of structured placements across the business, learning directly from experienced engineers and subject‑matter experts.
• Support Operations, Customer Experience, and Project Management teams in delivering key rolling stock projects.
• Develop the competencies required to progress into an engineering role and work towards Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status.
