Graduate - Civil Engineer (Emirati national)

WSP in the Middle East is looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Transport & Infrastructure Business Unit, supporting infrastructure and design projects across the UAE. This role is designed specifically for **Emirati graduates** , offering structured development, mentorship, and hands-on project exposure.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist in developing technical designs, reports, and presentations.
+ Support the design and delivery of infrastructure and transport projects, including roads and highways.
+ Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams across various stages of project life cycles.
+ Support project documentation and ensure quality and compliance with UAE codes and standards.
+ Learn and apply digital engineering tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
+ Attend client and stakeholder meetings, supporting the preparation of technical deliverables.
