Rogers Group is currently seeking an experienced Grading Foreman to support construction operations in Cookeville, TN. This position provides on-site leadership and supervision of grading, earthwork, roadway construction, and site development crews. This position reports to the Construction Superintendent.

The Grading Foreman is responsible for coordinating field operations, directing crew members and equipment, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans, specifications, and company standards.
