Leading Grader Operator – High-Production Subdivisions & Roadworks We are seeking an experienced Leading Grader Operator to lead grading operations across high-output subdivision and roadwork projects for one of our key clients specialising in Bulk Earthworks, Subdivisions & Road Infrastructure.

This role is suited to a top-tier Grader Operator who understands production targets, precision finishing, and leading a grading crew to consistently deliver quality outcomes.
