Government Relations & Compliance

Owns/processes all PEZA-related processes, BIR, and works with our Cebu tax officer as needed for incentives, and compliance with DOH and DOLE.

Specifically, the role is expected to perform the following functions,

• Processing of PEZA application and permits
• Processing of Business License/Permit annual renewal
• Processing shipments and maintaining asset management records for audit compliance
• Display knowledge of laws and regulations, including related tax laws and regulations
• Implement PEZA compliance processes and documentary requirements, including deadlines
• Perform and comply with PEZA reportorial requirements (PEZA monthly and annual reports, TIMTA, supplementary schedules)
• Work with NCR country tax officer to Implement tax laws and regulations applicable to PEZA companies
