Summary This position is located in the Office of Safety Recommendations & Communications, Government and Industry Affairs Division (GA). GA is the National Transportation Safety Board's (NTSB) primary liaison with Congress, the White House, the Government Accountability Office, other federal agencies, and state and local government. GA supports interaction with the transportation industry regarding agency initiatives. Responsibilities As a Government and Industry Affairs Specialist, GS-0301-12, you will perform the following major duties: Analyze Congressional and state government documents for items or issues of interest to the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), including but not limited to, the Congressional Record, Committee reports, hearing transcripts, legislative bills, and resolutions.
