What You'll Be Doing:
Define and maintain the governance framework.
Establish and oversee governance structures, decision authorities, and Terms of Reference.
Establish standardized codification structures.
Ensure decisions are evidence based, controlled, and auditable.
Integrate governance with assurance and audit to support transparency, compliance, and risk management.
Establish and maintain configuration management for governance frameworks and artefacts, ensuring version control, traceability, and controlled change.
Act as the primary interface with Internal and External Audit, ensuring continuous audit readiness.
