Practice & Business Leadership:

• Build and lead the Google Workspace + Gemini Enterprise practice
• Define growth strategy, revenue targets, offerings, and GTM plans
• Create reusable AI transformation frameworks, accelerators, and industry solutions
• Establish Google Workspace & Gemini AI Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Develop strategic partnerships with Google Cloud and ecosystem partners
• Represent the organization in customer workshops, industry forums, and executive briefing
• Build managed services offerings for Workspace operations and support

GWS Skills:

• Having experience on leading enterprise migrations from Microsoft 365, on-

prem collaboration tools, and legacy systems to Google Workspace
