Job Title: PPC & Meta Growth Specialist (AI-Driven)

A marketing agency in the digital marketing & growth sector in the US.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a technical
Performance Marketer
who can build, launch, and scale paid acquisition systems from scratch across
Meta and Google PPC
— while incorporating AI to continuously improve campaign performance.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will own the full paid media infrastructure, from setup to scaling.

English (C1/C2 Proficiency required)

Hours:
The role begins with a 20-hour weekly commitment with the explicit objective to scale up to a Full-Time position rapidly as you integrate with the team. So, you
need to be available for full-time 40 hours/week.
