The Health & Safety (H&S) Manager is a senior position within the operations function, responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining all Health & Safety policies across GoodLife Foods’ European organization with a strong focus on manufacturing operations. The manager leads the strategic direction, execution and monitoring of health & safety initiatives for the Iberian and Northern European sites, with the ultimate goal of becoming a zero‑accident organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Health & Safety policies, procedures and life‑saving rules across all sites, ensuring compliance.
• Identify and assess risks on the shop floor, creating action plans to mitigate risks through improved processes, PPE standards, safe working practices and engineering or capex investments.
