1. Supplier PPAP dimension check and measurement comparison, prepare incoming inspection plan for ensure part release without risk of part deviations during serial deliveries.

2. Raw Material Complaint handling.

-  Issue 8D report to supplier. Monitor 8D contents and supplier performance and close 8D in time.

 -  Failure analysis and solving based on problem solving method

3. Monitor supplier quality performance with different indictors and keep following it till to improvement

4. Responsible for cost claim which raised from supplier quality issue to close it.

5. Monitor and support localization activities for related projects. Support customer visits/audits for related projects.

• Bachelor or above degree in mechanical engineering or related fields
• Familiar with quality methods such as 8D, MSA, SPC, etc
