Acara Solutions is hiring for a GMAW Welder in Stratford, ON.

Primary Responsibilities

• Able to weld with GMAW & GTAW to required specifications (Carbon and Stainless Steel).
• Communicate and work with co‑workers to develop fixture concepts.
• Perform welding, grinding duties as required.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
• Interpret complex drawings.
• Ensure all parts are prefabricated correctly to meet customer specifications.
• Work safely by following all Occupational Health & Safety Regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as defined and assigned by department supervisor or lead handler.
• Comply with and perform all duties with the organization’s standard operating procedures.

Educational Requirements

Grade 12 diploma, or equivalent.
