Job Description
* Identify gaps, develop and implement solutions to drive Performance Improvement across multiple warehouse sites/operations activities including data collection, assessment and collection, facility layouts, process design, staff planning, budgeting and proposal development.
* Effectively utilize data when analyzing issues and problem solving
* Leads project teams in LEAN improvement projects as designated by management
* Creating strategy for warehouse models with AutoCad/ CLASS or other tools to optimize it
* Design, evolve, deploy & manage standards, methodologies and tools, exploiting the best practice process through leveraging the network of Subject Matter Experts (SME's)
* Specialized in setting up new warehouse (Infrastructure) - Green field & Existing warehouse
* Familiar with Warehouse Layout design, Plan for material storage facility (i.e.
Different types of racking systems, trolleys, bins...
