GM - General Trade ( GT - North India ) - FMCG

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION:

To lead the General Trade sales for the GT zone ( NORTH ZONE), delivering AOP value and volume targets through targeted growth in blends/ focused or thematic product lines, micro-marketing execution, channel expansion, process compliance, and new product distribution. Drive people capability and ensure business health through structured engagement and governance.

This role requires a progressive leader who combines deep distribution expertise with modern data analytics capabilities and agile ways of working. The ideal candidate will bring fresh perspectives, digital-first thinking, and proven ability to scale GT operations profitably.

Geographic Scope
Upper North region comprising key markets across Punjab, Jammu & Kashmir, and Himachal Pradesh, Haryana (excluding Gurgaon, Faridabad).
