Salary Range: Around 100,000 PKR + Incentive OR 130,000 PKR

Position Summary:

We are seeking a technically strong Gloves Production Manager with mandatory hands‑on experience in gloves manufacturing and strong labor management capability. The role requires managing end‑to‑end production for export‑oriented operations (primarily European market).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complete gloves production process (cutting to finishing & packing).
• Ensure achievement of production targets and on‑time shipments.
• Manage and control large labor workforce.
• Conduct on‑the‑spot hiring of labor staff based on production needs (Compulsory).
• Provide technical supervision in leather & synthetic gloves manufacturing.
• Resolve production and stitching‑related technical issues.
• Monitor efficiency, wastage control, and productivity improvement.
• Coordinate with QA, PPC, and Merchandising teams....
