The Global Transformation Lead for Indirect Procurement acts as a strategic member of the Global Indirect Procurement organization, reporting directly to the Head of Global Indirect Procurement. In this stand‑alone, individual contributor role, you are the architect behind the 5‑year aspiration plan, ensuring that the setup and structure are optimized to deliver on global saving initiatives. You will lead the Spend Optimization Project, addressing approximately 800MCHF in spend across global categories and the top ten Lonza sites. The role is to serve as a high‑level interface between procurement, finance, and business leadership to ensure that the strategic setup matches the long‑term execution plans.
