Global Trade - Senior Associate

Job Details

Goodwin seeks a highly qualified Senior Associate to join our Global Trade practice. The candidate should have experience counseling clients on economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), including in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working on corporate transactions and advising cryptocurrency actors about the applicability of sanctions.

Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
