Global Senior Benefits Manager

Sage is looking for a Senior Global Benefits & Wellness Manager to design, manage, and improve multi-country benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs across the U.S., Canada, India, Romania, and Israel, with a strong focus on North America. This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role with meaningful ownership across program design, governance, renewals, supplier management, communications, systems improvements, and business cases for future investment. You’ll be part of our Global Benefits, Wellness & Recognition team of 6 within Sage’s broader Global Total Rewards Center of Excellence team of 20.

You’ll own work that supports Sage in attracting, retaining, and enabling high-performing talent, while directly affecting how employees understand, access, and value their benefits.
