Role Description

Airswift is looking for a Global Recruiter to join our Rio de Janeiro office.

The Global Recruiter will focus on recruitment delivery to existing & new customers. The Global recruiter will work in recruitment and will develop a deep understanding of the recruitment process while building strong relationships with candidates and clients. The professional will work closely with senior consultants to help meet client needs by sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various roles.

Principle Accountabilities

• Source suitable candidates for open job roles using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.
• Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and experience to match client requirements.
