What You’ll Do

• Own and drive the strategic metrics and reporting cadence for the remediation book of work, ensuring plans stay on track and outcomes are measurable.
• Build and maintain KPI frameworks, scorecards, and dashboards (e.g., progress, quality, risk, aging, throughput, SLA adherence) to support informed decision‑making.
• Coordinate analysis on impacted populations, scope, and business impact, synthesizing insights into actionable executive takeaways.
• Support end‑to‑end root cause analysis by tracking issue trends, surfacing leading indicators, and packaging findings to inform fixes and adoption.
