The GP Communications Specialist supports internal communications for Global Procurement, ensuring team members stay informed, aligned, and engaged. This entry‑level role supports the creation, coordination, and delivery of communications across key channels including email, SharePoint, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities Internal Communications and Editorial Management- Coordinate and publish the weekly GP News roundup, including content gathering, drafting, formatting, reviews, and distribution.
- Work with program managers and functional leads to support content creation and editing of updates and other communications.
- Maintain consistent tone, style, and editorial quality aligned to GP communication standards.
- Keep the GP News SharePoint site updated, accurate, and easy to navigate.
- Refresh pages, update resources, tag and archive content, and support ongoing improvements to site structure.
