Process Design and Optimization
Support design fit for purpose processes and scope within the S2P value chain (i.e. Contracting)Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectivenessOperate to, and promote, standardized and harmonized ways of workingSupport implementation of Core Model deployment in regions and follow Core Model gapsProvide insight to, and recommend change requests and exceptions to the Core Model for approval/rejectionStakeholder Management & Governance
