Global Process Engineer - CapEx and Capacity

**Job Description Summary**
The Global Process Engineer (GPE) will work closely with the Global Manufacturing Engineering Leader, the primary focus area will be developing a strategy for capacity & CapEx aligned with long-term customer demand and business objectives. They will analyze data, and work cross-functionally to implement proactive measures that improve processes. This person will also be responsible for cost reduction through standardization of equipment and processes, establishing standards, and ensuring adherence to these standards. They will also be a focal point for new technology introductions, asset transfers, new process introductions; inclusive of lead time, technology selection and recommendations for fixturing, tooling, process, control plans, and qualifications of manufacturing assets.
