What the day will look like
+ Support the aligned People Organization leader and their teams with business-critical people initiatives such as annual comp cycle and talent development and assist with tailoring corporate HR programs to meet local business needs.
+ Provide meaningful and timely insight/analysis for core people reporting initiatives (i.e., headcount, turnover, hiring, etc.), including monthly and quarterly reviews.
