Our client is seeking a Global Payroll Specialist to join their team near Parsippany, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a role that is expanding their global payroll function, supporting operations across US, Canada, Europe, and Asia.

This position offers strong visibility, growth potential, and the chance to play a key role in a global payroll system implementation.


What You’ll Do

+ Manage payroll processing for U.S. and Canada, with expansion to global payroll

+ Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation

+ Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies

+ Support implementation of a new global payroll system

+ Assist in building and standardizing global payroll processes

+ Provide light HR support including onboarding, I-9s, and employee file maintenance
