About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Global Payroll Specialist

with strong expertise in managing payroll operations across

Ireland, Netherlands, Germany, USA, India, and Australia . The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing while partnering closely with HR, Finance, external payroll vendors, and local stakeholders.
This role requires deep knowledge of country-specific payroll regulations, statutory compliance, taxation, benefits administration, and reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing & Operations
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Ireland, Netherlands, Germany, USA, India, and Australia.
Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, including salary, bonuses, commissions, benefits, and statutory deductions.
