Global Payroll Manager

Our client, a dynamic ad tech company, is seeking a driven and proactive Global Payroll Manager to join their People Operations department. If you are a leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, excels at optimizing processes, and possesses a keen eye for detail in global payroll, this is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact.

This role offers the chance to build out and refine global payroll operations for 600 employees across 11 countries, partnering closely with the finance team and reporting directly to the Head of People Operations. You will lead a small team of two Global Payroll Processors, driving efficiencies and ensuring seamless communication across all payroll functions.
