Job Description

 
  Responsibilities 
 Lead and manage Global Operations’ controlling for BU Catalysts, engaging as a Business Partner to the Head of Operations and Supply Chain. 
 Lead and manage the controlling for a Segment of BU CA, engaging as a Business Partner to the Segment Head & co-owning the financial performance.
 Play an active role in the global BU Controlling team.
 Manage complex projects with stakeholders from various functions.
 Enhance relevant tools and reports in cooperation with relevant stakeholders and ensure consistent roll-out/use of standard processes across BU.
 Build on corporate/regional/local Finance organizations to maximize controlling efficiency for area of responsibility as well as ensuring abidance by all relevant standards.
