Global Network Engineer

Job Overview

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Network and Communications, the Global Network Engineer will lead the design, testing, and initial deployment of network, security, voice, and cloud networking infrastructure across all IKO locations worldwide. The role focuses on level‑3 support, developing proofs of concept, implementing new technologies, and creating comprehensive documentation to support the Network Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network, security, voice, and cloud networking infrastructure (e.g., Azure Virtual Networks, ExpressRoute, VPN gateways) to meet business requirements and align with defined Global IT standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot network, security, voice, and Aruba Wireless / Aruba Central issues using standard tools and processes.
• Communicate with vendors for service changes, hardware/software orders, and coordinate related activities.
