Global EPC Site Manager for Oil (Madrid)

Role Overview

Tecnicas Reunidas is looking for a Site Manager in Madrid, Spain. The idóneo candidate will have more than 15 years of experience in construction management, particularly in the Oil & Gas sector, a BSc in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, and expertise in managing EPC LSTK projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to project teams and oversee the execution of first‑class construction projects.
• Establish and maintain client relations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong background in EPC LSTK project management.
• BSc in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent English communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
