Job Description
The purpose of Global Engineering Services leader role is to lead GES Egypt team of around 15 or more engineers in Control, Safety, HMI, Batch, Cyber, Systems, Migrations, software configuration, etc., across all LOBs of HPS. The GES leader will drive key metrics of GES like engineering hours, share of GES in overall engineering hours, customer satisfaction, billability, serviceability, cost, etc.
**Principal Responsibilities**
The principal responsibility of this position is :
+ Share a vision and mission for the GES Egypt team.
+ Keep very high employee motivation to deliver on quality and schedule for all assignments. Drive employee engagement and keep attrition under control for key positions.
+ Drive standard HR Processes like HPD, succession planning, performance driven differentiation.
+ Effective employee communication through skip level meetings, town halls, focus group communications etc.
+ Drive talent acquisition with staffing function...
