:Reporting to our Global Retail Excellence & Education Head of , our Global Education Manager is responsible for end-to-end program management of the Retail Academy—our global flagship learning platform. This role ensures the Retail Academy is strategically designed, flawlessly executed, and continuously improved.
The role requires a highly organized and proactive learning professional with strong Program management capabilities, a solid understanding of retail education environments and the ability to coordinate complex initiatives across global stakeholders. The successful candidate will combine operational excellence with a strategic mindset, ensuring the Retail Academy delivers impactful, relevant, and high-quality learning experiences that support business priorities across brands and markets.
