Global CSM Planning Leader

Our North America Chemical Solutions and Monitoring (CSM) Supply Chain group has ~300 team members across 9 sites (Beaumont, TX, Orange, TX, New Philadelphia, OH, Addison, IL, Bakersfield, CA, Trevose, PA, Macon, GA, Edmonton, Canada, and Oakville, Canada). We are seeking a dedicated professional to improve our planning practices to increase our order fulfillment to customers.

POSITION SUMMARY

In this role, you are responsible for our sales & operations execution across all CSM sites globally. This includes, but is not limited to: executing the material strategy, fulfillment and control, as well as production planning. You will work with each site globally to standardize and optimize as much as possible our practices, processes, tools, metrics, and targets, and will create a community of planners across the global CSM sites. In this role, you are also responsible for implementing Kinaxis at the sites within the first 12-24 months...
