Computer Operations Support AnalystLocation: Colorado Springs, Colorado (Onsite)
Candidates must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense TS/SCI clearance as a condition and continuation of employment.
Role OverviewThe selected candidate will be part of a team that performs daily system monitoring, operations, and maintenance of mission systems in a 24x7 environment. This role provides first-level technical support, performing initial troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networks. The position involves documenting and reporting all events and issues to leadership while receiving tasking and direction for all operations and events.
