Global Communication Specialist Adviser Norway - Maternity Cover (Internal Applicants Only)

**What we are looking for**:
The position is a maternity cover starting 1 January 2025 and lasting until 1 September 2025 (with possibilities of extension).
**What you will do**:
Some of your specific responsibilities include:
- Plan, develop and distribute effective content for global channels.
- Collaborate with teams and colleagues across the organisation on content production.
- Lead on the use of performance data to improve quality, reach and engagement.
- Work on Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to grow reach and engagement.
- Ensure English-language content is high quality, on-brand, and on-message.
- Help develop and socialise strategies, guidelines, tools and procedures.
- Join NRC’s rota for media and communications standby duty during evenings and weekends.
- Manage the procurement of external communications products.
- Supervise social media assistants and interns.
