The Global Circle Lead will own the global strategy for cost invoicing and recharge services, driving operational excellence, compliance, and innovation across multiple regions. This position requires a visionary leader who can transform processes, lead high-performing teams, and influence strategic priorities at a global scale.

As a Global Circle Lead, you will report hierarchically to the Management Accounting Area Lead of Finance Services ING Hubs Philippines and functionally to the Global COOF Management Accounting Super Circle Lead.
