The capture leader will be responsible for expanding Colibrium Additive’s key account portfolio and driving business growth through strategic planning, business development, sales enablement, and relationship management. The Capture Leader will partner internationally with regional sales leaders and key account managers to expand Colibrium Additive’s market penetration

This role will selectively identify, shape, and pursue high-growth opportunities aligned with the business strategy, to spearhead and secure new key-account acquisitions and foster scale.
