Your day-to-day responsibilities
Within the Global Benefits department, we are looking for a Benefits Analyst who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients. You will set up, monitor and coordinate client engagements. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Implementing and monitoring global brokerage mandates

Following up and coordinating the renewal of health and risk (life & disability) policies across all countries where our clients operate

Proactively analysing key changes and impacts for the client related to renewals or regulatory developments, and presenting them to the client’s central team

Negotiating and coordinating renewal conditions with international reinsurance networks in the framework of global solutions such as pooling

Monitoring and coordinating renewals managed by Aon Captive teams
