About the role
Nexperia is looking for a Global Benefit Lead to manage and optimize our comprehensive benefits programs. This is a role that balances tactical execution with strategic oversight. You will be responsible for ensuring our benefits remain competitive and aligned with our corporate culture. 
As the Global Benefit Lead, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert for international benefits and risk analytics. You will navigate a complex, multi-entity environment, managing relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders across Finance and HR to support our global workforce.
What you will do
Program Management: Lead the day-to-day operations of global benefit programs, including medical/health insurance, pension schemes (DB/DC, risk & retirement), and risk-related benefits (life, disability, and income protection).
