What we do

Front-office Strategists (“Strats”) are responsible for building quantitative and technological edge to drive business evolution within the firm’s Global Banking & Markets division. Some sit on individual trading desks, where they develop models to price derivatives, evaluate risks and hedges, and understand market behavior.
