Job Description
Element Logic is looking for a Global Key Account Manager. You will manage communication, administration and governance related to defined Global Key Account agreements, in a successful and efficient manner. Securing expected revenue, up selling and high customer satisfaction for a long, good and healthy business relationship.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- _Administration of Global Key Account agreements. By regular customer and internal meetings make sure Element Logic’s live up and deliver according to the frame agreement. Secure high customer satisfaction._
- _Report and follow up on changes, topics, issues and results to Steering committee, Program management, general Management and/or other stakeholders of the Frame agreement (depends on scope/nature of the frame agreement)._
- _Actively develop upselling and services to Global Key Accounts, in cooperation with all relevant departments (Sales, Delivery, R&D, D&C, After Sales)_
