The Accessory Vehicle Personalization Program Manager plays a central role in defining and delivering accessory strategies for assigned vehicle programs, from early concept development through execution.

**The Role:**

In this role, you will connect market needs, regional input, financial business cases, and cross-functional execution to build profitable and compelling accessory portfolios. You will help ensure that accessory content supports vehicle program timing, customer value, and portfolio performance while partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Finance, and Program Teams across the organization.
