GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert Virtual Assistant

Remote | Part-Time or Full-Time | $4–$5/hour

Linkage Web Solutions is hiring a GoHighLevel Expert Virtual Assistant to manage CRM workflows, automations, pipelines, and funnels for multiple client brands. This role is for someone who actually understands how GHL works , not just where to click.

You'll work closely with our marketing and operations team to ensure leads, campaigns, and automations run cleanly, efficiently, and reliably.

What You'll Do

• Build, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel workflows, automations, and pipelines
• Set up and maintain funnels, triggers, tags, and campaign logic
• Configure integrations using Zapier, Twilio, webhooks (Make/Pabbly a plus)
• Maintain CRM accuracy, lead tracking, and data hygiene
• Troubleshoot automation issues and improve system flow
• Support marketing campaigns by ensuring leads move correctly across systems
