Our client, a multinational BPO company, is currently seeking a dedicated German Social Media Content Moderator (Remote/On-site) to join their team. In this role, you will ensure that all user-generated content complies with community guidelines and standards, actively contributing to a positive and safe user experience.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing and approving or rejecting content submissions (comments, videos, images, or posts)
Monitoring user interactions and taking appropriate action against violations (issuing warnings or bans)
Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent moderation policies
Understanding and implementing client policies and guidelines effectively
