We're looking for German-speaking Customer Consultants to join a Retention Team for one of the biggest names in European telecommunications- fully remote from Portugal.

No cold calls. No door-to-door. Just real conversations with real customers, where your job is to listen, solve, and make them stay.

What you'll be doing

You'll be part of a retention team , meaning customers come to you. Your mission is to understand why they want to leave, offer the right solution, and turn a potential cancellation into a positive experience. You'll also spot opportunities to recommend services that genuinely add value.
