We are currently hiring German-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a leading international digital services company.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity within a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Your Responsibilities:

Deliver professional support via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with account-related questions and general inquiries
Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Accurately document all interactions in internal systems

Your Profile:

Native or C1/C2 German
Minimum B2 level in English
Previous customer service experience is a strong advantage
Available for rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday)
Currently in Lisbon OR able to relocate independently
