Job Description
Location Oceanport, NJ
Details:
- Pay is not set. We bid.
- Provide direct and indirect primary care to PACE participants (ages 55+)
- Typical patient volume: 7 10 patients/day
- Total program size: 360 participants
- Most visits occur at the PACE center; 1 3 home or facility visits/week
- Occasional travel for onboarding/training to Lakehurst (mileage reimbursed)
- Mileage reimbursement: $0.725/mile
Position Type: Locums (3 month assignment with possible extension)
Start Date: ASAP (target 2 3 weeks after offer)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm (30 min lunch)
Full time required (5 days/week)
May consider 4 days onsite + 1 remote for strong candidates
On Call: Light every 3rd week, call triaged by RN
